Interior / Exterior Sealants

OSI® GreenSeries™ Acrylic Urethane Indoor/Outdoor Sealant (VOC level < 5g/L [.1%]), a high-performance urethane formula for windows
and siding, provides the durability of a urethane with the ease-of-use and
water clean-up of an acrylic. It has superior adhesion and can be extruded
easily when applied in temperatures ranging from 40 degrees to 100 degrees
Fahrenheit, and its flexibility allows for excellent stretch and movement
capability. When cured, this product is mold- and mildew-resistant and paintable.
It is packaged in 10.2-fluid ounce plastic cartridges and is available in white.

Construction Adhesives

OSI® GreenSeries™ Multi Purpose Construction Adhesive (VOC level < 2 g/L [1%]) is a high performance water-based construction adhesive designed for drywall applications and fabricating shear wall assemblies. This adhesive is non-flammable environmentally friendly and VOC compliant for all interior & in-plant construction use. Product offers fast strength development with high shear strength values. It is available in 10.2-fluid ounce cartridges. Tested per ASTM E72, Racking load - Evaluation of sheathing materials on a standard wood frame. Conforms to the performance characteristics of ASTM C557 specifications.

OSI® GreenSeries™ Drywall & Panel Construction Adhesive (VOC level < 3 g/L [1%])
is a high-performance, latex-based construction adhesive designed for drywall
applications and fabricating shear-wall rated assemblies. Offering fast strength
development with high shear strength values, this adhesive is non-flammable,
environmentally friendly and VOC compliant for all interior and in-plant construction
use. This product is also well suited for many other interior construction projects
where high bond-strength is needed. It is available in 28-fluid ounce cartridges.

OSI® GreenSeries™ Subfloor & Deck High Performance Adhesives (VOC level < 2 g/L [1%]) is a co-polymer latex formula that provides a non-flammable,
environmentally friendly construction adhesive. Developed for "Glued Floor Systems"
and other general construction needs, this adhesive offers fast strength development and
excellent adhesion to wood, ceramic tile, fiberglass, all types of foam board and most
other common building materials. Ideal for interior and exterior projects, this adhesive is
water- and weather-resistant and adheres to wet, frozen or treated lumber. It is
available in 28-fluid ounce cartridges.

Specialty Sealants

OSI® GreenSeries™ Pro-Foam II™ Minimally Expanding Sealant (VOC level 0%)
is a one component, minimal expanding urethane foam sealant used to insulate, seal, and
fill around heating and air conditioning units, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration,
windows and foundation to eliminate drafts and stop expensive energy loss. The foam
adheres to all surfaces except Teflon, silicone and polyethylene and provides an R-Value
of five per inch of foam, while also doubling as a sound barrier. It is available in
33-ounce cans. UL® Tested & Classified R11059.

OSI® GreenSeries™ Draft & Acoustical Sound sealant (VOC level 25 g/L [1%]) is a non-flammable, water-based sealant designed to reduce
sound transmissions in walls and partition systems. The sealant is used for exposed
and unexposed applications at perimeter joints, floor and ceiling runners (either
wood or metal), cut-outs in gypsum board, veneer plaster systems and other areas
where a sound rated assembly is required. The easy-to-use sealant is paintable,
remains permanently flexible even through freeze-thaw cycles, and cleans up easily
with soap and water. It is available in 28-fluid ounce cartridges. UL® Tested & Classified R9732.

OSI® GreenSeries™ FlameSeal® Fire, Smoke & Draft Stop Sealant (VOC level <55 g/L) is a multi-purpose, one compound elastomeric product for
sealing joints and service penetrations in fire separations and firewalls. It
is designed to prevent the passage of flames, smoke and fumes under actual fire
conditions of 1-, 2-, and 3-hour fire resistance rated systems. FlameSeal
utilizes a special waterborne technology that is both non-toxic and non-hazardous
and cleans up with water. This easy-to-use sealant was developed for both
residential and commercial fire stopping applications. It is sold in
10.2- and 29-fluid ounce cartridges. UL® Tested & Classified 9R22, Warnock Hersey Listed Firestop.
